“Oda a los marineros” is a sculpture made by Enrique Tirador in 2005 after being awarded the Antón Grant for Sculptural Creation in 2004.
It is a piece made from iron, with which the author wanted to pay a sincere tribute to all those who work at sea. A sculpture in which the horizontal and the vertical are combined, that plays with two elements, iron and air, that pass through its tube which can also be looked through to contemplate the sea.
